Territory Objectives
- Achieve target performance, market share, and growth rates for designated products within the assigned territory, while effectively utilizing resources and controlling expenses.
- Develop and implement visit plans for medical institutions in accordance with company-mandated coverage and frequency requirements.
- Utilize appropriate promotional techniques and product materials to provide medical information and introduce products (including addressing inquiries) to medical institutions, ensuring they understand and accept product characteristics and benefits.
- Maintain a high standard of professional visits, continuously improve customer satisfaction, and build long-term, positive cooperative relationships.
- Explore existing market potential and continuously develop potential markets to ensure the growth of company product market share.
- Execute company market development strategies and plans, and complete new product listing plans.
- Organize specialized academic activities to promote products according to company promotional strategies.
Territory Management
- Establish objectives and plans for the territory through territory objective management to achieve expected performance, market share, and growth targets, and develop potential markets within the territory as much as possible.
- Establish, update, provide feedback on, and maintain detailed and accurate medical institution records, and use this data to formulate action plans, schedule visits, and effectively utilize time.
- Regularly analyze territory conditions to identify high-potential markets as priorities for development.
- Timely inform medical personnel or pharmacy staff at medical institutions regarding services, products, pricing, supply channels, and market development information.
- Track and understand medical institution inventory and procurement to ensure reasonable stock levels and prevent stockouts.
- Ensure monthly product consumption at medical institutions to prevent product expiration and returns.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Commercial departments to maintain good business relationships with experts in hospitals to facilitate successful bidding and inclusion in medical insurance formularies.
- Understand competitive products and competitor activities, collect market intelligence, report to supervisors in a timely manner, and provide relevant feedback.
- Complete all reports accurately and on time.
- Use company expenses and resources effectively and reasonably.
Product Knowledge
- Master complete and continuously updated product knowledge to ensure promotional information remains consistent with the company's Marketing department.
- Through continuous learning, become familiar with product-related materials and apply them skillfully and flexibly.
- Fully study and utilize other materials provided by the Marketing department to facilitate product promotion.
- Read various medical journals, articles, and reports related to the products.
- Understand knowledge related to competitors' similar products.
Professional Conduct
- Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs and financial policies during product promotion and daily work, ensuring behavior aligns with company ethical standards and principles.
- Maintain a professional image, with attire meeting professional standards and conduct adhering to company requirements.
- Demonstrate dedication and active commitment to the role.

Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree; Medicine, Pharmacy, or related majors preferred.
Work Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience as a hospital medical representative; experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
