Design and lead high-touch, on-site deployment engagements – site assessment, fleet provisioning, RTK GPS and connectivity setup, and go-live readiness – for new and expanding accounts.
Enable successful customer adoption by supporting setup of fleet management software, network/connectivity configuration, and integration with customer systems and workflows.
Train on-site customer teams and operators on Burro's use, ensuring the site is ready for daily, independent operation before handoff to the Customer Success team.
Collaborate with customer stakeholders, field service technicians, and engineering to resolve technical and mechanical blockers, support site safety and operational reviews, and validate deployment readiness so issues get solved once instead of resurfacing across the fleet.
Maintain deployment timelines, milestones, and readiness checklists across multiple concurrent site deployments.
Drive escalation of technical and mechanical issues to robot support and engineering teams during deployment.
Document deployment learnings and standard configurations to continuously shorten time-to-value for future deployments.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the deployment playbook and hand off a stronger account to the Customer Success team.

Requirements:
B.S. in Engineering, Business or other technology related field
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as field engineering, technical implementation, solutions deployment, or startup operations
3+ years of experience leading technical deployments or workshops with field teams, engineering, or operations stakeholders
Experience supporting technical activation, deployment planning, configuration, or go-live activities for hardware or software products
Hands-on experience with, or strong aptitude for, autonomous mobility or robotics technology, and a deep interest in the AgTech / autonomy landscape
Customer centric, data driven, and comfortable being both project manager and technical expert on-site
Ability to advocate, own an outcome, prioritize issues, and influence others to bring issues to closure
Self-starter able to take initiative and work independently
Onsite travel required up to 80% or as needed
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Proficient in Spanish required
Nice-To-Haves:
Experience managing a large portfolio of accounts or sites
Experience supporting technical evaluations or pilot programs in field or enterprise settings
Experience scoping enablement activities and supporting safety, operations, or scale discussions during adoption
Familiar with the Agriculture industry / Nursery industry
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Familiarity with electrical and mechanical repair processes and tools (splicing, soldering, motor/gearbox diagnostics and repair, etc.)
Familiarity with autonomous mobility technology, such as computer vision and other sensors, RTK GPS, electrical systems (including charging and batteries), and mechanical systems
