As a Chemical Technician / Pharmaceutical Technician within our ICF FF New Lantus Plant team, you will fill high-precision insulin preparations using state-of-the-art isolator technology while operating and monitoring sophisticated production equipment. Ready to get started?

Main :
-
Proper operation of cleaning machines, sterilizers for packaging materials and process aids, depalletizers, dishwashers, filling lines, and inspection machines

Controlling and monitoring individual production steps within the process chain in the assigned work area, as well as providing support for equipment maintenance.

Proper execution of activities in accordance with valid standard operating procedures and processing protocols
-
Carrying out supplementary pharmaceutical measures to ensure the manufacturing process (e.g., hygiene monitoring)

Creation of continuous, proper documentation of work execution, particularly from a GMP and EHS perspective
-
Proper implementation and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, GMP, and EHS requirements in the area of responsibility, as well as initiating countermeasures in case of deviations in coordination with the sub-process manager
About you
-
Experience:
-
Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry, or cleanroom experience is an advantage
-
Experience in aseptic manufacturing processes
-
Working in cleanroom zones Class C & D
-
Experience in proper documentation, particularly from a GMP perspective
-
Social skills / Technical skills:
-
Teamwork and good communication skills across all hierarchy levels
-
Willingness to familiarize yourself with non-specialist topics, particularly equipment-related issues
-
Basic IT skills (e.g., MS Office, SAP desirable)
-
High level of personal responsibility
-
Willingness to work in a fully continuous shift system (including night, weekend, and public holiday shifts) is mandatory

Independent work according to SOP specifications in a GMP-regulated environment

Education:
-
Completed scientific or technical training (e.g., Pharmaceutical Technician, Chemical Technician) or alternatively several years of experience working under cleanroom conditions

Languages:
-
Very good written and spoken German skills

Compensation is based on the federal collective bargaining agreement of the chemical industry.
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
