Our Strategic Account Executives own the relationship with a small number of the largest and most strategic organisations in France. This is a named account role: you will be responsible for a focused portfolio of 5 strategic pursuit accounts among the CAC40 and SBF120, driving both the initial land and the long-term expansion of Pigment across these global enterprises.
It is a rare opportunity to build a deep, strategic partnership with some of the biggest companies in France, shaping how they plan, forecast and make decisions across their global organisation.
What you'll do
Own global responsibility for 5 strategic pursuit accounts among the CAC40 and SBF120, headquartered in France
Build and execute a multi-year account strategy and territory plan designed to land new business and expand Pigment's footprint across functions, business units and geographies
Engage C-level and executive decision-makers to position Pigment through value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and market data
Lead complex, often multinational, sales cycles from first conversation through to close, coordinating stakeholders across the customer's global organisation
Coordinate internal teams: Solutions Consultants, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Partnerships and Executives to drive a unified account strategy
Partner with system integrators and services partners to define and deliver the technical and business delivery plan
Build lasting relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders across Finance, HR, Supply Chain and beyond
Generate and grow your own pipeline through creative, persistent prospecting within your named accounts
Forecast sales revenue and activity accurately, while building sustainable, satisfied customers
Evangelise the Pigment vision through product demonstrations, in-market events and account-specific initiatives
Who you are
You have a consistent track record of selling complex enterprise software or platforms to C-level executives within large, global accounts
You have experience defining and executing an account strategy and territory plan for a small portfolio of top-tier, complex accounts
You have a strong point of view on industry trends and are able to build a narrative around digital transformation, planning and decision-making
You are comfortable navigating large matrix organisations and coordinating stakeholders across geographies and business units
You are able to sell both a business application and the deployment of an underlying platform
You have strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to grow and nurture executive relationships over time
You forecast accurately and consistently achieve your revenue goals
You are able to negotiate complex, often multi-stakeholder, deals
You are a self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and a comfort with risk and ambiguity
You convey leadership, authority and confidence in every interaction: written, oral and in presentations
You are passionate about our mission at Pigment and the value it can bring to our clients
You have a proven track record of sustained success (President's Club, Chairman's Club)
You are fluent in French and English
