Sales Performance and Territory Management

  • Lead the team to achieve the sales targets set by the company and increase the market share of company products.
  • Plan and organize relevant market promotional activities based on the specific conditions of the territory.
  • Lead the team in executing and following up on market promotion plans, and collect and provide feedback on market information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Visit hospitals to establish and maintain good relationships with key customers; cooperate with KA managers to select, negotiate, sign agreements, and execute contracts for major accounts.
  • Communicate and coordinate with commercial personnel in the region to ensure the normal supply of products in the area.
  • Allocate resources and control expenses reasonably and effectively within the territory.
  • Complete various reports and statements accurately and on time.

Product Knowledge

  • Help improve team members' ability to apply product knowledge in their daily work.
  • Understand knowledge and trends related to competitor products.
  • Continuously learn and improve the level of relevant medical knowledge.

Professional Conduct

  • Ensure strict compliance with all company SOPs and financial policies during sales and work processes, and ensure team behavior aligns with the company's ethical standards and principles.
  • Maintain a professional image, dress according to professional standards, and ensure speech and conduct meet company requirements.
  • Demonstrate dedication, actively engage in the job, and set a positive example.

Team Management and Personnel Development

  • Build a high-performance team through effective management, motivation, development, and retention of talent.
  • Manage and coach representatives; improve their sales skills and problem-solving abilities through planned joint visits and training.
  • Complete quarterly performance evaluations and performance analysis, and provide timely, targeted coaching and training to subordinates to achieve better results.
  • Identify training needs through performance management and personnel development plans to develop and retain talent and reduce employee turnover.
  • Recruit suitable sales personnel and establish a talent resource reserve system.
  • Ensure that departing employees complete work handovers according to company regulations.
  • Strengthen communication and cooperation within the department and across departments.
  • Create a positive work atmosphere, promote teamwork, and ensure fairness, justice, and transparency.
  • Complete other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Basic Requirements

Familiarity with relevant products and experience in hospital market sales.

Education Background

College degree or above.

Medical, pharmaceutical, or related majors.

Qualification certificates.

Work Experience

2+ years of sales management experience in a relevant field.
