About the Job
You will have the opportunity to work as a Transformation Manager within the Transformation & PMO team, supporting the execution of high-stakes programs and projects with precision, speed, and measurable business impact. You will work closely with the Transformation Business Partners and franchise teams, helping to steward project delivery within multi-initiative portfolios, connect OKRs to execution, and support cross-functional squads. You will be a key contributor to the T&PMO roadmap 2026, helping the team move from process facilitation to value-accountable execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic business outcomes.
As a Transformation Manager, you will lead strategic planning cycles (short, medium, and long-term horizons), support the design and implementation of new operating models, drive organizational change management initiatives, and steward transformation governance routines. You will maintain roadmaps and performance dashboards, acting as a strategic integrator between Centers of Excellence, Business Units, and PMO operations — bridging vision and execution.

Main :

Lead strategic planning cycles (short, medium, and long-term horizons of 3–5 years), translating market and performance insights into actionable priorities aligned to the One Sanofi transformation roadmap.

Support the design and implementation of new operating models, including organizational redesign, process optimization, and cross-functional integration.

Lead OKR management for One Sanofi and franchises, ensuring objectives connect strategy to execution with quarterly monitoring and reporting.

Structure and prioritize the strategic portfolio pipeline by business impact and strategic alignment, ensuring clear governance and stage-gate processes.

Plan and manage program delivery — scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical path — aligned to franchise OKRs and the T&PMO roadmap.

Lead change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and adoption tracking to ensure sustainable impact.

Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks proactively, escalating to steering committees when necessary.

Maintain performance dashboards with accurate program data (KPIs, OKRs, budget, forecasts) to support data-driven decision making.

Communicate program progress and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including C-level and global/regional leadership.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO practices, OKR methodology, and strategic planning frameworks, sharing best practices across programs and franchises.
Managers:

About you
Experience:

Proven experience in project management roles within complex, matrixed organizations
-
Background in business transformation, strategic planning, or PMO environments is a plus
-
Familiarity with OKR methodology and performance governance frameworks is valued
-
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics.

Project Delivery & Execution (Advanced): Plans, executes, and closes projects ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met; coordinates tasks across workstreams with clarity of ownership, manages risks proactively, and maintains a quality and detail-oriented mindset throughout the project lifecycle.

Data & Tools Proficiency (Advanced): Interprets complex data sets to generate actionable insights; proficient in MS Office, Excel, Power BI, Jira, Miro, and analytics dashboards to support data-driven decision making and performance tracking.

Stakeholder Management & Communication (Experienced): Builds trust and maintains effective communication across functions and seniority levels; communicates clearly in written and verbal formats, adapts to different audiences, and supports change management during organizational transitions.

Business & Industry Knowledge (Intermediate–Experienced): Understands the healthcare and pharma business context, translates strategy into actionable project plans, evaluates resource needs and allocation, and applies structured problem-solving in complex or ambiguous situations — leveraging Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
Languages:
- Portuguese (fluent or Native), English (advanced required), Spanish (intermediate is a plus - Nice to have)
