Global Value Lead – GM&E

As the Global Process Owner for Global Meetings and Events, our organization drives operational excellence to deliver best-in-class event experiences while ensuring compliance and transparency. We are responsible for establishing standardized global processes, leading digital transformation, and unlocking business value through automation and continuous improvement across Sanofi's worldwide meeting and events ecosystem. Our team serves as the strategic center of excellence, providing governance, innovation, and support to enable seamless, compliant, and efficient event management globally.
About the Job
The Global Value Lead defines and drives the value framework for the Global Meeting and Events organization, establishing performance metrics and governance mechanisms that demonstrate business impact and ensure operational excellence. This role translates GM&E data into actionable insights, monitors compliance with global guidelines, and manages strategic governance with key logistics agencies to continuously optimize value delivery across the organization.
Main :

Define and implement the value framework for the Global Meeting and Events organization

Establish, implement, and track performance metrics and value generation KPIs, ensuring alignment with Sanofi's strategic objectives

Build and maintain a GM&E performance scorecard providing real-time visibility on key metrics to leadership

Benchmark GM&E performance against industry standards and best practices to identify optimization opportunities

Drive actionable insights from Global Meeting and Events data to support the business in driving business strategic decisions.

Develop and maintain reporting, translating complex data into clear and compelling narratives for stakeholders

Monitor adherence to global meeting and events guidelines across all regions and escalate deviations as needed

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all GM&E reporting outputs

Define, implement, and drive governance frameworks with main logistics agencies, ensuring accountability and performance delivery

Lead regular governance meetings with key agencies, tracking SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments

Manage agency performance reviews and implement improvement plans where required
About You
-
5+ years in performance management, business analysis, or KPI development
-
Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced)

Background in vendor/agency management and governance frameworks

Strong analytical skills and executive reporting experience

Ability to translate data into actionable business insights

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred

Fluent English required
-
Experience in pharmaceutical/regulated industries preferred

Strong collaboration skills in matrix, global organizations

The salary range for this position is :€59.600,00 - €79.467
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
