What’s on offer

Join the City of Gold Coast's Property and Facilities team and contribute to the management of one of Australia's largest and most diverse property portfolios. Working alongside experienced property professionals, you will gain exposure to commercial leasing, property transactions, asset divestment, land tenure, facilities management, development projects and strategic property initiatives. You will support projects that help shape the City's future while developing practical skills in property management, stakeholder engagement, governance and project delivery. This role provides exposure to a broad range of property disciplines and offers a unique opportunity to build practical knowledge in valuations, acquisitions, property management and land development within a large local government environment.

Who can apply?

To be considered for this opportunity you must hold a recognised bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification from a tertiary institution, completed within the last two years or be completing prior to the commencement of the program in February 2027. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia for the duration of the program and be able to work full-time.

The Property and Facilities Graduate welcomes graduates who have studied Bachelor of Property Economics, Property, Property Development, Urban Development, Business/Commerce (Property), Project Management, Facilities Management; and related fields.
