About the Job

As a Finance Business Partner COPAC, you will be responsible for working with diverse stakeholders, contributing to the implementation of strategies. You will also monitor financial operational performance, providing accurate data and advice for decision-making. You will actively participate in business planning processes and contribute to strategic and business development projects.

As a trusted financial partner for business leaders in the COPAC franchise, this role supports operations through performance tracking, planning processes including scenario planning, and timely communication of risks and opportunities. The Finance Business Partner is responsible for end-to-end management of the P&L for the assigned portfolio, working closely with stakeholders in Business, Geographies, Business Support, Market Access, Medical, and M&S.

Key :

• Control and Compliance – Define, implement, and manage Controlling and Internal Control processes, ensuring compliance with Sanofi's financial policies and internal control frameworks

• Business Value Creation – Act as a trusted financial partner for business leaders, providing support in commercial and financial decisions aligned with strategic priorities, shifting from an error-detection focus to one based on recommendations

• P&L Ownership – Lead the comprehensive management of the COPAC GenMed portfolio P&L, including franchise HQ budgets, monitoring performance, and providing timely alerts on risks and opportunities

• Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting – Develop accurate financials for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes, including the quarterly One Voice process and the annual Strategic Plan

• Risk and Opportunity Management – Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities, develop corrective actions, and support dynamic resource allocation across geographies and franchises

• Stakeholder Coordination – Coordinate with key internal stakeholders (Business, Geographies, Market Access, Medical, M&S, Corporate and Global teams), ensuring the appropriate level of financial communication at all levels

• Strategic Projects – Support the execution of the Play to Win strategy, the LT strategy, and contribute to cross-functional and business development projects in the LATAM region

About You

Experience

• Experience in FP&A, Forecasting, Budgeting, or financial roles supporting business decision-making
• Experience working cross-functionally with different business areas as a finance business partner.

Soft and Technical Skills

• FP&A, P&L management, Forecasting, and Budgeting
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Orientation toward financial recommendations and decision-making

​ Education

• Completed University degree in Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Languages

• Conversational English required
• Effective communication with stakeholders and executive teams
• SAP or iShift (desirable)
• Power BI (desirable)
