Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Specialist to act as a protagonist in financial transformation initiatives, integration of acquired companies (M&A), and continuous process improvement. This professional will be responsible for leading strategic projects focused on the standardization, optimization, and scalability of financial operations, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, operational efficiency, and support for sustainable business growth.
The position will have direct interaction with financial and non-financial areas, including Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Payroll, FP&A, Procurement, IT, HR, and global teams, acting as a change agent and supporting the implementation of best practices and financial governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience with M&A processes, integration plans, and continuous improvement of financial processes.
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Accounting, and Contract Management processes.
- Experience with Oracle.
- Advanced Excel.
- Intermediate Power BI.
- Knowledge and use of AI tools.
- Intermediate English, including conversation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced English.
- Postgraduate degree in areas related to Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
