Operating as a critical regional leader, you will design and implement comprehensive safety protocols, manage external vendor relationships, and act as the definitive security voice during crisis response. This role ensures that our physical environments reflect our commitment to the well-being of every individual at Nutanix.

About the Team You will join the Global Physical Security and Safety organization, operating within the G&A HR Total Rewards department, reporting directly to Joseph Brown. The team culture is built on high ethical standards, deep empathy for the employee experience, and an unyielding commitment to our company’s people-first values.

Your Role

  • Collaborate with Real Estate & Workplace personnel to integrate advanced physical security designs into new and existing office spaces.

What You Will Bring

  • A minimum of 10 years of combined experience in physical security and safety roles.

  • 5+ years minimum experience managing regional security operations within the APAC market.

  • Direct experience implementing physical security systems (access control, CCTV) and managing contract security vendor performance.

  • Proven capability to serve as a crisis management leader, including developing emergency response plans and delivering life safety training.

  • An established professional network of physical security and law enforcement contacts.
