About The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our team in Norwich on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely ,, andraisethefirm'.
Key include:
•Supporting the Partners and Fee Earners with their client, team and individual BD action plans
•Managing and attending HP events and webinars with flexibility to attend out of hours events
•Managing and attending key external networking events with flexibility to attend out of hours events e.g. awards
•Producing PowerPoint slides, delegate packs, and corporate gift for seminars and hospitality events
•Producing credentials, proposals and presentations for Partners and Fee Earners pitches and tenders
•Managing office BD meeting notes and follow actions
•Coordinating submissions for legal directories
•Keeping the firm’s CRM system up to date with key contacts details
•Coordinating photoshoots for new starters and PR opportunities
•Promoting content via the firm’s social media platforms
•Liaising with stakeholders on PR opportunities
•Assisting with internal and external communications
•Dealing with ad-hoc BD & Marketing tasks
A full driving licence is also required, as the role will involve travel to events, some of which may take place outside normal working hours.
