Job Description

The Key Account Coordinator - Pet - Rio de Janeiro (RJ) will be responsible for developing and strengthening strategic, profitable, and sustainable partnerships with special accounts under their management, ensuring the execution of business plans aligned with company strategies, as well as corporate policies, compliance standards, and procedures.

The position requires a strong commercial focus, strategic vision, analytical capacity, and excellence in customer relationship management, promoting sustainable business growth through sales management, demand generation, commercial negotiations, and point-of-sale execution.

**Key **

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key accounts, conducting commercial negotiations and ensuring sustainable account growth through Sell In, Sell Out, and demand generation initiatives.

  • Develop, negotiate, and execute the Joint Business Plan (JBP), ensuring alignment between company and client strategies, as well as periodic monitoring of results and action plans.

  • Manage the financial performance of accounts under your responsibility, including P&L tracking, commercial investments, budget control, discounts, purchase orders (POs), and analysis of performance indicators.

  • Plan, implement, and monitor commercial actions and activations at points of sale, ensuring excellence in execution, brand strengthening, and growth opportunities within strategic accounts.

  • Conduct regular client visits, providing technical training, monitoring the execution of commercial strategies, tracking the market, and identifying business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Veterinary Medicine.

  • Solid experience in Key Account Management, sales, or business development.

  • Experience in commercial negotiations and developing Joint Business Plans (JBP).

  • Experience with performance indicator analysis and financial account management.

  • Knowledge of P&L management and commercial indicators.

  • Experience with commercial planning and point-of-sale execution.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Availability for travel and field visits.

  • Intermediate or advanced English will be considered a plus.

  • Must reside in Rio de Janeiro (Capital) or the surrounding region.
