Position Information

The collaborator will be integrated into the Oncology/Hematology Franchise within the Hematology area, with the goal of ensuring accurate scientific information regarding the pathology and relevant drugs to Healthcare Professionals.

Main :

The collaborator must ensure the achievement of the objectives for the assigned territory:

  • Agreeing on specific product objectives with their direct manager, tailored to the potential of the territory

  • Proposing the most effective territorial organization to ensure the best management of medical-scientific information

  • Managing relationships with hospital pharmacies and key industry stakeholders

  • Monitoring drug availability, penetration, and promoting the company image to the medical community

  • Proposing and contributing to the development and implementation of local projects involving the direct participation of key clinical stakeholders

  • Participating in major congresses/seminars/conferences related to the area of expertise

  • Collaborating fully with office staff for the implementation of all territorial projects

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Previous experience in the onco-hematology area (distinctive requirement). Previous experience in the Multiple Myeloma area is a preferential requirement; solid experience as a specialist medical representative for high therapeutic and/or economic value drugs prescribed exclusively in hospital settings; experience in launching specialist products of high therapeutic value with a successful track record

  • Technical skills and “soft skills”: Entrepreneurial spirit, pragmatism, and ability to work towards objectives and action plans; high analytical skills and understanding of market dynamics; strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; proactivity and a marked aptitude for cross-functional team work; willingness to cover long distances in a vast geographical area;

  • Education: Degree in Biology, Pharmacy, CTF (Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology), or Biotechnology

  • Languages: good knowledge of the English language

  • Residence in the area is a fundamental requirement

The salary range for this position is :€51.200,00 - €68.267

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
