About the Role We're looking for an experienced Reward Manager to help shape, develop and deliver our total reward strategy across the business and Group Companies. Reporting into the Head of Reward, you'll play a key role in ensuring our reward frameworks, remuneration practices and incentive schemes remain competitive, compliant and aligned to our business objectives. This is a varied and influential role, providing expert reward guidance across the organisation, including support for our international businesses. You'll work closely with HR, Finance, senior stakeholders and external partners to deliver reward initiatives, provide data-driven insights and continuously enhance our reward offering. What You'll Be Doing Lead and support the delivery of the annual remuneration review, including salary reviews, bonus processes, system testing, validation and financial modelling. Develop and maintain bonus scheme structures and reward policies across the Group Companies. Manage and deliver benchmarking activities, including annual market surveys and ad hoc reward analysis projects. Produce and support regulatory reward reporting, including Gender Pay Gap and Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting, as well as wider remuneration governance activities. Support the development and evolution of reward frameworks, including grading structures, job architecture, salary bands and job families. Conduct job evaluations and facilitate job evaluation panels with stakeholders across the People team. Provide expert advice on all aspects of total reward, including fixed and variable pay, executive reward, equity-based reward and reward regulations. Partner with HR Business Partners, People teams and business leaders to provide commercially focused reward guidance and recommendations. Analyse internal and external market data to identify trends, generate insights and influence future reward strategy. Work with auditors and external providers to support reward-related audits, reporting and compliance requirements. Contribute to reward projects and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance the employee reward experience and ensure best practice. About You You're a reward professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering effective reward solutions that support business success. You combine analytical thinking with excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling you to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, you're a trusted adviser who builds strong relationships and drives continuous improvement through data, market intelligence and reward best practice. Essential Criteria Significant experience in reward management, including remuneration reviews, bonus schemes, pay structures and benchmarking activities. Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel capability and experience interpreting complex reward and market data. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and advise stakeholders at all levels. Sound knowledge of reward legislation, regulatory reporting requirements and total reward best practice within a complex organisation. Desirable Criteria Experience working within the financial services sector or another highly regulated environment. Knowledge of HR and reward systems such as PayScale and/or Unit4, alongside experience supporting job architecture and grading frameworks.
