Job Description

We are looking for our Recruitment Officer to join our Lille agency in a versatile role, with the opportunity to quickly take on and fully participate in the agency's development.

Working in tandem with our agency manager, Victor, you will be in charge of the following missions:

Recruitment (70%):

• Identifying candidates via job boards and social networks
• Telephone pre-screening and conducting in-person interviews
• Following up with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process (organizing assessments; salary negotiation, drafting and signing employment contracts)
• Coaching various consultants

Business Development (20%):

• Prospecting for new accounts and scheduling client meetings
• Proposing profiles to clients
• Regular presence in the field with our clients and prospects

Agency Engagement (10%)

• Sharing best practices and participating in team dynamics
• Organizing events within the Agency (afterwork, training, experience sharing)
• Contributing to the development of the employer brand and the agency's attractiveness

Qualifications

Do you hold a Master's degree from a Business School or University, and do challenges and goals drive you to excel?

At Meritis, what we look for first is a personality ready to invest 100% in the recruitment of our future consultants!

From headhunting various profiles to conducting in-person interviews, you will be in charge of the entire recruitment process for technical, functional, or project management profiles.

If you already have knowledge of IT, that is a plus, but don't panic; if you don't, we will be there to help you build your skills in these areas.

💰 Remuneration: fixed and exponential, uncapped variable.
