As our Bilingual French & English Sage Channel Executive, you will drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across Quebec and strategic partners throughout Canada. Working remotely from Quebec, you will manage a portfolio of assigned Sage partners, helping them build pipeline, close business, and expand their Sage practice across Sage Intacct, Sage 300, Sage X3, and other Sage solutions.
Every day, you will identify growth opportunities within channel partners and coordinate Sage resources, including pre-sales, professional services, marketing, customer success, and product teams, to maximize partner performance and customer outcomes. Success in this role requires a strong ability to develop trusted partner relationships, execute joint business plans, enable partner teams, and drive consistent revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
You will work closely with resellers, consultants, and system integrators to help them increase their sales capacity, technical expertise, and go-to-market effectiveness while supporting Sage's overall channel growth strategy.
Location: Remote - Quebec, Canada
Partner Management
- Own the sales performance, business planning, and growth strategy for a portfolio of Sage partners across Quebec and Canada.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key partner stakeholders.
- Conduct regular business reviews and joint account planning sessions to align priorities and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with other members of the Channel team to identify opportunities to increase partner productivity and market penetration.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by maintaining in-depth knowledge of Sage solutions, complementary technologies, competitive offerings, and market trends.
- Advocate for partner and customer needs internally while working cross-functionally to remove barriers and resolve issues.
Partner Enablement
- Drive skills transfer and enablement for partner sales, consulting, implementation, and technical teams.
- Develop and execute partner onboarding and enablement plans to accelerate time to productivity.
- Leverage Sage training programs, tools, and resources to improve partner knowledge and capability.
- Identify performance gaps and develop action plans to improve partner results.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Partner Enablement teams to execute campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives.
- Promote adoption of new products, programs, incentives, and go-to-market initiatives.
Pipeline & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build, manage, and forecast a healthy sales pipeline across assigned partners.
- Drive opportunity progression through active deal coaching, account strategy, resource alignment, and executive engagement.
- Identify, qualify, and accelerate high-potential opportunities to drive increased Sage product and services revenue.
- Maintain forecast accuracy and ensure timely pipeline updates and visibility within CRM and forecasting tools.
- Support partner-led marketing and business development initiatives to generate net-new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and listening in both French and English.
- 10 + years of successful, quota-carrying sales experience in a multi-channel distribution environment preferred. Field sales experience preferred.
- 5 years of channel and partner sales experience.
- Ability to execute on a business plan and provide high-level consultative experience to partners.
- Proven leadership experience – both of internal cross-functional teams and of multiple partner teams.
- Demonstrated ability to excel within a cross-functional team environment to accurately manage and forecast channel sales activities
- Ability to travel up to 25%

The compensation will be determined by location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role.
For this role in this location, the target salary range for new hires is a base salary between C$135,000 and C$140,000. OTE (on-target earnings with commission) can equal up to C$233,333.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based commission plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide eligible candidates with specific opportunities in our bonus or incentive programs. The listed range is just one component of Sage's total compensation package.
