About the role

As a Validation Engineer within our Validation and Process Validation team, you will define and implement validation strategies for site projects, contributing directly to the quality and compliance of our pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Ready to get started?

Key :

  • Ensures the completion of projects, on time, according to the protocols and the established schedule
  • Drafts validation plans, approves protocols and reports
  • Participates in internal site meetings (industrial development, project teams, production team) for the preparation of major projects
  • Manages validation resources allocated to projects (cross-functional management)
  • Presents validations during inspections and audits: Acts as the guarantor of site compliance with current regulations and Group Validation directives for the assigned scope
  • Monitors GMP and STD regulatory changes and directives, evaluates impacts on validation practices, and drafts and/or approves validation guides

About you

Experience:

  • Significant experience in validation and qualification in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the fields of sterile/injectable processes or preparation, filling, visual inspection, or packaging equipment

Technical and soft skills:

  • Knowledge of quality standards (cGMP, BPF, ICH, pharmacopoeia)
  • Proficiency in process and equipment validation practices
  • Comfortable with IT tools and artificial intelligence technologies
  • Autonomy and adaptability in the face of frequent schedule changes
  • Good interpersonal skills and ease in multi-service and multi-cultural interactions
  • Ability to present and defend a validation strategy to various stakeholders

Education:

  • Master's degree – Engineering degree or Master's (science, process engineering, industrial pharmacy, biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or equivalent)

Languages:

  • English B2 (read, written, spoken)

The salary range for this position is :€42 400,00 - €56 533

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
