Job Description

🚀 The context of this internship?

Our Paris agency is divided into 2 entities:

• Meritis Finance, which supports major accounts specializing in the world of finance/banking/insurance.
• Meritis Technologies, which works with major accounts specializing in luxury/retail, industry/energy, and transport.

Integrated into one of these 2 entities, you will be trained and supported by your manager and will have the objective of developing our Major Accounts client portfolio.

1. Develop the commercial activity of your entity (80% of the time)

Your goal is to grow the client portfolio; we will entrust you with an account to develop from scratch (while supporting you, of course!):

• Telephone prospecting and client meetings.
• Gathering and analyzing client needs.

2. Commercial and salary negotiation

In collaboration with your manager, you will be fully involved in negotiations with clients and consultants:

• Commercial negotiation: rates, start dates, and other contractual terms.
• Salary negotiation: compensation, start dates, and other terms.

3. Recruitment of future consultants.

• Identification of the best candidates via job boards and social networks (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Telephone pre-selection and conducting video/in-person interviews.

Qualifications

🎓 You are in a Master's program and are looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship.

💪 You have a desire to learn, demonstrate commercial drive, and have a taste for challenges.

👋 You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and know how to build relationships.
