Overview
Joining Group Technology & Services, within the Data Domain, you will design and develop software applications and their related data components, maximizing their quality and performance in compliance with defined technical and functional specifications.
You will collaborate within the project team with the project and functional managers in the area, supporting them in choosing the best technological options to make the application areas in question efficient and stable.
What your activities will be
- Design and development of software applications and related databases with particular reference to data streaming technologies
- Actively contribute to the analysis of Business requirements necessary for the design and development of new IT solutions and the improvement of existing ones, managing the relationship with the bank business owner
- Maintaining consistency between what is developed and company standards/regulations with reference, for example, to Privacy, Change Management, and Data Management/Data Quality
- Managing the relationship with other internal and external team members of development
- Collaboration with the Project Manager for the definition of the Work Progress Status, identification and addressing of critical issues, and proactive identification and management of project risks
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- At least 5 years of experience in complex IT projects, preferably in the banking or financial sector
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an IT-scientific field (mathematics, physics, computer engineering)
- Good command of the English language
- Excellent knowledge of the Office 365 package
- Knowledge of the main operating systems
- Knowledge of the main SQL and NOSQL DBs
- Knowledge of data transformation (ETL) and data communication technologies
- Knowledge of Java (Spring framework)
- Knowledge of the git versioning system
- Knowledge of event-driven systems (Apache Kafka, Nifi, Flink)
- Knowledge of the Agile Scrum development methodology
- Goal-oriented approach, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and proactivity
- Definition and support for the Data Governance framework, overseeing the technological and architectural aspects to support data governance
- Having completed study and/or work paths in an international environment is a preferential title
