Overview
You will join the Organization and Digital Processes department with the goal of supporting the evolution of the company's processes and operating model, actively participating in business, strategic, and transformation projects while identifying opportunities for improvement.
What your activities will be
- Analyze and map end-to-end business processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, efficiency, and automation.
- Design and implement innovative operating models in line with business objectives.
- Identify innovation opportunities to improve process effectiveness and efficiency.
- Participate in strategic programs and manage projects with cross-functional impacts.
- Coordinate business, IT, Operations, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders.
- Plan roadmaps and milestones, and identify potential project risks and .
- Prepare project documentation, steering committee materials, and executive reporting.
- Monitor work progress, expected benefits, and achieved results.
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably in consulting firms, innovative startups, or financial or insurance groups, in Process Management, Organizational Transformation, or Project Management roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Management, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of project management in insurance or financial contexts.
- Knowledge of Process Mapping and Business Process Management (BPM), Program and Project Management, Business Analysis, and Change Management.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word, etc.).
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Knowledge of the English language (at least B1).
