Role Purpose

As a key player within the Mid-Market sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing your own sales and revenue pipeline, with a focus on acquiring high-revenue clients for the network.

You will drive your personal sales results by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals within these markets.

You will report to the Mid-Market Sales Team Leader and are expected to achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals with a results-oriented approach.

**Key **

  • Manage and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base within the relevant market(s).
  • Responsible for the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, responding to RFI's and RFP's, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals, while ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Accurately manage and update the sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring that opportunities and contracts yet to be finalized are consistently reflected and followed up on.
  • Work closely with teams such as Finance, Integrations, and Account Development to ensure a smooth handover of new clients, from contract signature to full integration and go-live.
  • Conduct extensive research on brands, including their current affiliate activities, key contacts, and market position.
  • Consistently achieve KPIs and sales targets through proactive engagement, strategic planning, and effective execution of sales activities.

Skills & Expertise

  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial roles with a focus on new business development within affiliate marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketplaces, or similar sectors.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding service to clients.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and sales pipeline management software.
  • Excellent computer skills, including advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders at various levels within organizations.
  • Independent, commercially minded, and capable of managing projects autonomously within a dynamic, international environment.
  • Good command of the English and Dutch language.
