Job Title: Vaccine Platforms Communications Manager

About the role
As a Vaccine Platforms Communications Manager within our Engagement and Platforms Communications team at the Sanofi France Communications Department, you will play a key role, alongside your partner, in developing employee engagement by leading internal and external communications for our Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) and Research & Development (R&D) sites within the Vaccine platform (Val de Reuil, Marcy l'Étoile, Neuville).
You will highlight our R&D and M&S innovation strategy to our internal and external audiences and help promote Sanofi's image and reputation in the Lyon region and across France. Ready to get started?
Key :
● Coordinate and adapt communication campaigns and actions defined at the Global, France, and platform activity levels (R&D and M&S) for our various internal audiences
● Promote the activities of the platform's sites to external audiences, as well as occasionally in the Lyon region, to strengthen Sanofi's image and reputation
● Act, as part of a duo, as the primary Communications point of contact for the platform's site leadership teams
● Support and train interns in their professional development
● Travel regularly to all platform sites to ensure a presence on the ground
● Build and maintain an integrated strategic communication vision at the platform level
● Collaborate effectively with numerous global and local stakeholders within a matrix organization
About you
● Experience: in internal communications, ideally with a good understanding of M&S and/or R&D activities within a pharmaceutical company
● Soft skills and expertise: sense of vision and strategic prioritization; ease in collaborative work within matrix organizations; creativity to design innovative, high-impact content and actions; curiosity for trends and developments in corporate communications
● Languages: French (native), English (advanced level to interact with global/corporate teams)

The salary range for this position is :€64 000,00 - €85 333
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
