Job Description

If you love the restaurant industry, enjoy being in contact with people, and are someone who can always be counted on, you might be exactly what we are looking for.

We are looking for someone who knows how to move with care and rhythm between the kitchen and the dining room, bringing dishes at the right time and helping to keep every table neat and tidy. A fundamental role, always in coordination with the chef de rang, where precision and team spirit really make the difference.

Qualifications

**DUTIES AND **

• Ensure that customers and guests feel at ease immediately
• Serve dishes with care and precision
• Keep service fluid by identifying what is needed before someone asks for it
• Take care of the order and cleanliness of the table and the dining room
• Collaborate with the dining room team to quickly fulfill guest requests
• Handle questions, requests, and small unforeseen events calmly and by resolving them in a friendly manner
• Support colleagues during peak times and create a great team rhythm

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Knowledge of the main dishes and drinks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic knowledge of English
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Predisposition for contact with the public.
• Manual dexterity and precision.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills with the public.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Customer and problem-solving orientation.
• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is an advantage.
• Availability to work in shifts, including flexible ones, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

We offer a full-time fixed-term contract aimed at permanent employment, with classification at level D1 of the CCNL Tourism and a base gross annual salary (RAL) of € 21.500.

Working hours divided into 5 UNIQUE weekly shifts of 8 hours.
