Position Information

The successful candidate will join the Immunology Franchise within the Dermatology line, with the goal of ensuring accurate scientific information regarding the pathology and relevant drugs is provided to Healthcare Professionals, in compliance with current regulations and company procedures.

Main :

• Agree on specific product objectives with your line manager, based on the potential of the territory.
• Manage relationships with local KOLs and related scientific projects.
• Monitor drug availability and penetration, and promote the company image to the medical community.
• Propose and contribute to the development and implementation of local projects involving key clinical stakeholders.
• Participate in major congresses/seminars/conferences related to the area of expertise.
• Work cross-functionally, building solid relationships with colleagues, motivating and influencing others despite having no direct responsibility, and establishing yourself as a point of reference in your territory for the indicated areas.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Experience in launching high-therapeutic-value specialist products with a successful track record; solid experience as a specialist medical representative for high-therapeutic and/or economic value drugs prescribed exclusively in hospital settings; previous experience in the reference area is a plus.
• Technical and soft skills: Knowledge of market and commercial dynamics in the specific therapeutic area or business area of interest; entrepreneurial spirit, pragmatism, and the ability to work towards objectives and action plans; excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; proactivity and a strong aptitude for cross-functional teamwork; good computer skills (Office Package); excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Education: A degree in scientific subjects such as Biology, Pharmacy, or CTF is mandatory.
• Languages: Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written).
• Residency in the reference geographical area is required.

The salary range for this position is :€51.200,00 - €68.267

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
