Job Title: Quality Continuous Improvement Specialist

Location: Vitry sur Seine (CPV)

About the role

As a Quality Continuous Improvement Specialist within our Quality Excellence and Projects team, you will lead continuous improvement projects in accordance with SMS 2.0 standards at our Vitry-sur-Seine site. You will propose and implement quality solutions, analyze performance indicators to identify optimization opportunities, and cultivate a culture of operational excellence by collaborating closely with the teams.

Key :

  • Assume the role of continuous improvement specialist in accordance with the definition and standards of SMS 2.0

  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and implement solutions

  • Monitor and analyze quality indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Contribute to investigations into quality issues to identify root causes and define appropriate preventive actions

  • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects using appropriate methodologies

  • Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements

  • Support the implementation of new quality systems and tools

  • Measure the effectiveness of implemented improvement initiatives and define corrective actions if necessary

  • Maintain records of improvement activities and report on their progress to stakeholders

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization

About you

  • Experience:

o Experience in quality operations within the pharmaceutical industry, including knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements

o Experience in managing continuous improvement or operational excellence activities

  • Technical skills:

o Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve quality

o Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, execution, and monitoring of quality improvement initiatives

o Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies

o Knowledge of quality management software and tools

o Proficiency in using IT tools/software

  • Soft skills:

o Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with teams

o Ability to encourage teams to exceed expectations and do things differently.

o Agility, ability to organize and prioritize

o Solution-oriented approach

  • Education: Master's degree (Bac +5), Engineering degree, Master's in Pharmaceutical Sciences, or equivalent.

  • Languages: French and English

The salary range for this position is: €48,000.00 - €64,000

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
