Are you ready to dive into the world of cutting-edge video game development? Headquartered in Montreal, Behaviour Interactive is at the forefront of the gaming industry, crafting unforgettable experiences across PC, console, and mobile platforms. We’re a dynamic, independent studio of over 1200 passionate employees, with studios in Toronto (Behaviour Toronto), Rotterdam (Behaviour Rotterdam) and in the UK (Behaviour UK–North & South). Our day to day revolves around two core business focuses: Services and Original Games. Our Services team collaborates with gaming and entertainment giants like Disney, Sony, Activision, and Nintendo, delivering exceptional work-for-hire development and pioneering immersive location-based entertainment (LBE). Meanwhile, our Original Games unit pushes our creative limits, with our signature IPs, including the iconic Dead by Daylight. Join us and be a part of the future of interactive entertainment!

At Behaviour Interactive, we believe in giving everyone a fair shot. We embrace a diverse and creative environment where everyone is celebrated. We value folks of all ages, sex, ethnicity, colour, ethnic or national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, civil status, disability, or any other protected characteristics as per applicable law.

We are looking for a Player Lifecycle Director to own and evolve how players enter, experience, leave, and return to games across Behaviour’s first-party portfolio, including Dead by Daylight and 7 Days to Die.
This role is responsible for the full player lifecycle, from acquisition inputs through onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation. CRM is the core execution engine, powered increasingly by personalized outreach, automation, and optimization. Your goal is to create and support long-term player relationships with the full breadth of Behaviour’s portfolio.
You will operate at both a strategic and hands-on level. This is not a purely architectural role. You will shape the strategy for this function and then go hands-on to deliver lifecycle campaigns from beginning to end, including planning, testing, executing, and measurement and then continuously improve performance by applying both insights and experimentation. We are looking for a tech-native individual who is excited to evaluate and apply new tools in pursuit of improving our lifecycle marketing.
As a leader, you will set a high bar for craft and rigor and help grow lifecycle as a discipline across Behaviour.

In this role you will :
Own and drive the end-to-end player lifecycle strategy across Behaviour’s portfolio (DBD, 7DTD, Blight, and future titles).
Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing, acting as the internal subject matter expert.
Design and execute personalized, data-driven campaigns across email, push, SMS, in-game, and emerging channels.
Partner with game teams to support launches, events, retention, and reactivation initiatives.
Leverage first-party data to scale one-to-one engagement and enrich player profiles with behavioral insights.
Optimize player journeys and CRM tech stack, including tooling, automation, and data infrastructure.
Lead and develop the CRM team, fostering a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:
7 to 10 years of experience leading CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally within live service games, tech, or adjacent digital entertainment industries.
Solid grasp of player data, segmentation, lifecycle modeling, and attribution.
Comfort partnering with technical teams and influencing platform and tooling decisions.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions.
Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work across disciplines and studios.
Experience in the gaming industry is strongly preferred. Live service experience is a plus.
Proficiency in evaluating and implementing new CRM and engagement tools.
